Leadership is often seen as a destination, a position you earn, a title you hold, a box you tick. But the truth I’ve come to realize is this: leadership is never finished. It is a journey of constant learning, reflection, and growth.
That is why I created The Growth Chronicle.
This is not a place where I claim to have all the answers. Instead, this space documents the lessons I’m learning. These lessons come from my coaching conversations, my leadership experiences, and even my mistakes.
